TRIM World Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

At TRIM World, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, refunds are not typically offered. However, if there is a discrepancy between the product received and the specifications provided, we will take action to ensure your satisfaction:

Printing Mistakes or Discrepancies:

If there is a mistake in printing or a discrepancy between your order and specifications, please notify us within three working days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will reprint your order according to your original specifications, but no refund will be issued.

Defective Products:

To initiate a reprint, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect within five working days. The returned product must be shipped back at your expense before the reprint process begins.

Expedited Orders:

Payments for expedited transactions or rush services are non-refundable.

COVID-19 Contingency:

Due to global disruptions from COVID-19, we may experience unexpected delays or supply shortages as we shift our production within Aisa. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by these disruptions, providing a full refund within 30 days of order placement.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. As such, we offer the following options for order cancellation:

Within 4 hours of Proof Approval:

You may cancel your order within four hours of proof approval. A cancellation fee of $25 plus 5% of the total order value will apply to cover administrative costs.

Within 24 hours of Order Placement:

If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, a 50% charge of the total order value will apply to offset production costs. Cancellations beyond this period cannot be guaranteed.

Post-Approval Cancellations:

Once the proof has been approved and production has started, no changes can be made to the order. If you decide to cancel after approval but within 12 hours, a fee of 15% of the total order amount will apply. Orders cannot be canceled within 12 hours after proof approval.

Design Orders

Design services are non-refundable. Once an order is placed for design work, it is considered final, and no refunds or credits will be provided.

Customers' Submitted Artwork/Files

When submitting artwork or files for printing, please ensure the following:

File Requirements:

Artwork must be submitted in 300 DPI resolution and CMYK color format. If files are submitted in a different format, TRIM World is not responsible for any distortions, inaccuracies, or color changes in the final printed product.

Ownership of Content:

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have full legal ownership of the content or have obtained the necessary permission to use it. TRIM World reserves the right to reject any order that we deem to be unlawful or in violation of third-party rights.

Proof and Color Accuracy

Before your order is printed, you will be provided with electronic or hard-copy proof. Once you approve the proof, the production process will begin.

Color Accuracy:

Please note that due to the limitations of the printing process, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Any variation in color between the proof and the final printed product is not grounds for reprinting or a refund. If you wish to ensure color accuracy, you may request a hard copy proof, which will incur additional charges.

Errors and Proof Approval:

Once the proof is approved, TRIM World is not liable for errors such as spelling mistakes, grammatical issues, or formatting discrepancies. Customers are fully responsible for reviewing the proof carefully before approval.

Overruns/Underruns

We generally aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, there may be small variations (up to 5% more or less) in the quantity delivered. In case of under-delivery, you will only be charged for the actual number of products delivered.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Additionally:

Incorrect Address:

If the delivery address is incorrect, additional shipping and handling charges will apply for re-shipment.

SMS Communication Terms

By opting into SMS communication, you consent to receive messages related to your orders. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP." Message frequency may vary between 50-1000 messages daily. Carrier fees may apply.

Modifications to Policy

TRIM World reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The most current version will be available on our website, and continued use of our services implies your acceptance of these changes.
