Production Speed and Turnaround Time:

Start of Production:

The production speed and printing turnaround time will commence after your artwork/files have been uploaded, reviewed, and approved by our Prepress Department. Half payment, including shipping and handling fees, must be made.

Approval of Proof:

You must approve the press-ready proof (either electronic or hard copy). The approval of proof must be received to begin the production process.

Shipping Time:

Production times vary depending on the selected production speed. After production, your order will be prepared for shipment, and the delivery timeline will depend on the selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods:

1. Standard Shipping:

Delivery Time: 12 to 15 days.

2. Express Shipping:

Delivery Time: 7 to 8 days.

3. Premium Shipping:

Delivery Time: 4 to 5 days.

Note: The delivery time mentioned is applicable after the completion of production.

Important Shipping Terms:

TRIM WORLD is not liable for any delays in shipments due to weather conditions, customs issues, shipping company delays, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Shipping Address:

Ensure the accuracy of your delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Claims for lost or damaged shipments can be filed 20 days after the shipment date.
